Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

Watermelon is a staple during the summer months. What’s not to love about this refreshing summer fruit. We had received a large watermelon from our neighbour and instead of letting it go to waste, the girls and I decided to make these delicious strawberry watermelon popsicles. These strawberry watermelon popsicles are healthy, refreshing and a perfect way to beat the summer heat.

Popsicles are so easy and fun for kids to make. I prefer to make my own for many reasons but mainly because I control what goes in the popsicles, which makes this dietitian mama happy. These strawberry watermelon popsicles are tasty, have very little sugar added, you could also eliminate it all together if you wanted. My girls loved these popsicles, in fact Miss Q stated they were the best that we have made. If you are looking for more popsicle inspiration we love these roasted strawberry greek yogurt popsicles.

Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

  1. Combine all ingreidents into a blender and belnd until smooth.

Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or until frozen

Happy Summer!
